Je crois bien que je n'ai jamais mangé un jambon aussi bon. J'ai adoré l'association avec l'asperge.
C'est une recette toute simple mais qui fait son petit effet !!
Ingrédients pour 5 personnes :
10 tranches Jambon Iberico Pata Negra de Bellotta de La maison CHAILLA
10 asperges vertes surgelées
3 c à s de jus de citron
4 c à s d'huile d'olive première pression bordelesa bio de Quai Délices
1 c à c de ciboulette ciselée
1 c à s de persil
Sel et poivre
Préparation :
Mélanger le citron, l'huile d'olive et émulsionner. Puis ajouter les herbes, le sel et le poivre. Réserver.
Faire cuire les asperges 8 min dans l'eau bouillante puis les rafraîchir sous l'eau froide.
Rouler chaque asperge dans une tranche de jambon puis disposer dans un plat de service.
Arroser de la sauce et servir bien frais.
