Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
8 pilons de poulet
5 cuillères à café de confit de safran de My little épicerie
1 citron jaune
2 pointes de couteau de piment de cayenne en poudre
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
Préparation :
Rincer les pilons de poulet sous un filet d'eau froide, et les sécher avec du sopalin.
Enlever la peau en la décollant avec les doigts.
Dans une casserole, faire fondre à feu doux le confit de safran.

Verser dans une assiette à soupe. Presser le jus de citron, le mélanger au confit de safran, avec le piment et la sauce soja.
Faire mariner les pilons dans la marinade pendant au moins 1 heure en les retournant une ou deux fois.
Faire préchauffer le four à 200°.
Huiler un plat à gratin, y disposer les pilons de poulet. Recouvrir de marinade, et faire cuire pendant 25 minutes, en prenant soin d'arroser régulièrement les pilons avec le jus.
