Croustillant de confit de canard & chutney de mangue

Ingrédients pour 5 croustillants :

1 boîte de 2 cuisses de confit de canard de La Ferme du Vieux Bourg
5 feuilles de bricks carrés
Chutney de mangue Albert Ménès

Préparation :

Passer la boite sous l'eau bouillante pour faire fondre la graisse.

Émietter les cuisses de canard en petits morceaux.

Faire revenir la canard dans une poêle afin de faire fondre la graisse restante et laisser refroidir.
Étaler du chutney de mangue sur toute la feuille de brick et rajouter le canard au centre.
Plier chaque coté de la feuille brick.
Enfourner pendant 20 min dans un four préchauffé à 180 °C ou faire frire dans une poêle c'est comme vous voulez.

Personnellement, je me sert du four c'est plus light !!

Encore un petit mélange sucré-salé comme on aime.
