Quoi de meilleur que l'association foie gras et pain d'épices !!
Ingrédients :
Foie gras mi-cuit de canard de La maison CHAILLA
Du pain d'épices de Reims finement poivré de La Maison Fossier
Du vinaigre balsamique
Préparation :
Couper des tranches de foie gras pas trop fines.
Faire chauffer un peu de vinaigre dans une poêle et y mettre les morceaux de foie 15 secondes de chaque côté en arrosant de vinaigre.
Puis déposer chaque tranche de foie gras sur une tranche de pain d'épices et verser sur le dessus 1 c à s de balsamique.
Disposer dans les assiettes et décorer avec de la crème de balsamique.
