Ingrédients pour 12 cuillères :
6 figues séchées
2 c à s de miel
3 c à s de porto
Préparation :
Equeuter et émincer les figues.
Equeuter et émincer les figues.
Couper les tranches de magret en deux.
Chauffer 10 min à feu doux les figues émincées, le miel, le porto.
Laisser refroidir, puis répartir dans 12 cuillères.
Servir surmonté des demi-tranches de magrets fumé.
Voici un délicieux amuse bouche pour les fêtes !!
