Flans aux cèpes et foie gras

Ingrédients pour 6 pièces :

20 g de cèpes séchés de Produits Régionaux

30 g de Foie gras mi-cuit de canard de La maison CHAILLA

20 cl de crème liquide

2 oeufs

2 c à s de farine

Sel et poivre

Préparation :

Réhydrater les cèpes dans l'eau chaude puis les couper en petits morceaux.

Couper également en morceaux le foie gras.

Dans un saladier, mélanger les oeufs, la crème, la farine, le sel et le poivre.

Ajouter les cèpes et le foie gras, mélanger et verser dans les moules à muffins.

Enfourner pendant 30 min dans un four préchauffé à 180°C et servir aussitôt.

Voici une délicieuse entrée avec de bons produits du terroir français !
